The essential actions will be the substitution of conventional fuel vehicles by alternative fuel vehicles (specifically full electrical and hybrid plugged vehicles) both for persons and goods, the improvement of the charging infrastructures, the multimodality strategies and the promotion plans that favor the sustainable transportation.
The main target is the reduction of the mobility impact, for both people and goods, in terms of energy consumption and CO2 emissions, and the reduction of the average journey delay and door to door journey time.
