From 17th to 20th October, Stockholm will be hosting the largest conference in the Nordic countries on sustainable building, housing and city planning. In the next four days the international green building community will meet at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre talking about the green urban environments of the future
REMOURBAN will take part to the sessions on 19th October with a speech of XERIDIA’s Managing Director Roberto Vidal, about how the ICT platform can drive urban regeneration models of sustainability and smartness. Mr Vidal is one of the speakers of the special session #15, focused on the issue of digitalisation and smart cities to create sustainable systems for energy distribution and transports. This session will provide a glimpse into the possibilities and examples of new, smart, sustainable infrastructure in several European cities.
REMOURBAN will share a stand together with the other LIghthouse projects. At the stand a multitouch screen will enable the visitors to browse through different technological solutions that will be implemented in the energy, ICT and mobility areas, in 20 European Lighthouse cities.
The Building Sustainability conference is organized by the GrowSmarter project and the City of Stockholm, the Green Building Council and the World Green Building Council, with C40 and ICLEI as international supporting partners.
