The event is an annual appointment on energy efficiency at building, district and city level co-organised by RESILIENT and PERFORMER projects. In this occasion scientist, researchers and experts developing innovative solutions for the environmental sustainability of urban areas meet and discuss their research outcomes.
During the “End-User Energy Management” session Miguel Garcia, coordinator of REMOURBAN, gave an overview of our project and presented the citizen engagement model which is being followed in Valladolid. Miguel also presented other topics like the ultra-fast charging installation for e-buses in Nottingham and the low temperature district heating method. Both topics have been positively received by the audience who has been particularly interested in understanding their scope for replication in other contexts.
